We loved the beautiful and spacious room with traditional tatami and Wood part. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and typical for Japan. The hotel facilities and amenities were great, like the free Drinks including Cocktails, beer, wine and sake. The staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was quite spacious, accommodating two people comfortably. the amenities provided in the room were very useful including towel rentals, hair dryers, shampoo, and body soap. the hotel was conveniently located 12km from a popular ski resort which made transportation a breeze.
the staff had limited English skills which made communication difficult.

The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities provided were good. The location was convenient to my business meetings and there were some nice restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.
The staff struggled with speaking English and it was difficult to communicate with them. The breakfast was below average and lacked variety.
